By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Pricing and availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Payment
In order to make a purchase on our website, you must have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We use Memberstack and Stripe to handle our membership registration and purchases- please refer to their respective terms of service and privacy policy for further info. We use Eventbrite to handle online event registration and payment – please refer to their terms of service and privacy policy for further info. The Compassionate Mind Foundation retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of products and services from international accounts may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
All places booked for our events must be paid for prior to attending unless pre-agreed with management. Please note that we cannot confirm your place until we have received payment.
We will confirm the final details of any events 5-7 days before the start date.
General
For all face-to-face events, lunch provided at the event will be vegetarian and will include eggs, but no meat or fish (though vegan options will also be made available). However, please advise us of any dietary requirements in the notes section whilst booking online and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation
Should you be unable to attend the event, please contact our admin team as soon as possible via hello@compassionatemind.co.uk. Refunds, less the Eventbrite administration fee, will be made if cancellations are received in writing up to one month before the event. Any cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for a refund, although we will consider exceptional circumstances. While refunds for failure to attend cannot be made, you can transfer your event fee to a future event that will take place within 12 months of your booking without an additional penalty.
Please note that information about the event and venue are subject to change and cancellation. Occasionally, an event may have to be cancelled or postponed. We will try and inform of any changes and cancellations as soon as possible via email. We cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation.
(2) Licence to use website, documents or other material downloadable from the website, events or any other services.
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights on the website, events, services and material on and available for download from the website and for our events and services.
