Have you seen our recent Compassion Focused Therapy meta-analysis?

Results suggest CFT works. Highlights include:

  • The meta-analysis details the results of 47 CFT studies from the last 14 years, with a total of 7875 participants from 17 countries
  • Retention rate average of 83.66%.
  • Results suggest CFT is effective in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and self-criticism and improving compassion - based outcomes (compassion for self and others) across a range of clinical and nonclinical samples with medium to large effect sizes.
