Thoughts from our 2015 conference attendees
03rd August 2016
Last year’s Annual Compassionate Mind Foundation Conference attracted speakers and participants from around the world. Hundreds convened in Manchester in October to talk, share, learn and socialise as a supportive and thought-provoking group.
Many people took the time to share their feedback on the event, here are some of their thoughts:
Helpful for clinical work
“The content related to [my] personal practice and work.”
“The workshop was interesting and will be helpful for my clinical work – it was a very useful learning opportunity.”
“The Workshop was excellent. It really integrated and embedded my learning.”
“Lots of practical aspects that I can take forward and integrate into my own practice.”
Up to date research
“The keynotes were excellent.”
“I left very excited about the new ideas/research projects that are in progress.”
“There was a great mix of inspiring ‘how to’ presentations, with solid factual info on competencies and current research.”
“A good range of interesting and cutting edge research from a mixture of academics and practitioners.
A welcoming, warm audience
“I really valued meeting likeminded people and seeing the growth of the CFT community.”
“The workshop was presented with warmth and humanity and a deep knowledge and experience of the subject.”
